Our HELYX Basic Training course provides the foundation for effectively using HELYX to perform CFD analysis. The overall sequence of the course follows:
- Getting Started: You will be able to get past the start screen and navigate the client-server technology to connect to different computational resources.
- Meshing: An in-depth discussion of helyxHexMesh and its control for adding refinements and layers.
- Setup: You will learn how to the setup physics, designate boundary conditions, and set the numerical schemes and algorithm controls in your simulations.
- Solving: You will learn how to run your simulation from within the GUI.
- Post-Processing: Use the post-processing capability within HELYX to extract information for your design analysis.
- Advanced Topics: Training will cover additional topics that can help directly with real world applications and streamlining work tasks
By the end of the training, you will gain the necessary information to start using HELYX in your daily work and replace other commercial CFD tools.
